About the founder

Hi, I’m Jas! After experiencing postpartum depression, I often felt disconnected from myself days blurred together, and I felt “nap trapped.” One of the small changes that helped me regain a sense of self was setting a goal to leave the house at least once a day. I quickly realized how challenging that could be, and it made me notice a huge gap in the market for products that truly support parents on the go.

It’s my mission with The Resting Sol to help parents feel restored again. Because resting as a parent isn’t just about sleep, it’s about a pause from the endless chaos of home life, a moment to breathe, and a little bit of calm in your day. I hope you enjoy our products as much as I have.
