Refund policy

Refunds & Returns

We hope you love your purchase from The Resting Sol, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund of the product (not including shipping), items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at therestingsol@gmail.com. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Change of Mind

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our Hamilton, New Zealand address. We recommend using tracked postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In these cases, we’ll cover return shipping and offer either a replacement or a refund.

Exceptions

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned (unless faulty).

Returns received outside of the 14-day window cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Please note, banks and credit card providers may take extra time to post the refund.)
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at therestingsol@gmail.com.
